Alex Kahoe is in her third season as an assistant coach with the Duke women’s lacrosse team. Before joining the Blue Devils, Kahoe earned previous coaching experience at her alma mater, the University of Maryland (2001), as well as the University of Pennsylvania (2003) and the University of Delaware (2003-05).

A three-time All-American at Penn State and a former co-captain of the Canadian National Women's Lacrosse Team, she was named the head women's lacrosse coach at UVM on July 2, 2004.

Johnson has been the architect of rebuilding the UVM women's lacrosse program into a top tier team in America East. In the nine years before Johnson arrived at UVM the Catamounts totaled five league wins. Since she took over in 2005, Vermont has totaled 12 conference victories in her five seasons.

Lauri Kenis joined the Maryland staff as an assistant coach in July 2007. Kenis, who was an assistant at Maryland in 2004 and 2005, was a two-time consensus first team All-American defender at Virginia.

As an assistant at Denver, the Pioneers went 16-3 in 2007 and ranked ninth in the NCAA in scoring defense, allowing just 8.86 goals per game. The Pioneers also ranked 17th in caused turnovers per game. In 2006, Kenis' Pioneer defense ranked 13th in the country allowing 8.65 goals per outing as they went 15-5 under Reese who was head coach there for three years.

A two-time All-American at Duke University and previously a member of the U.S. Naval Academy coaching staff, Kristen Waagbo joined the UC Davis women's lacrosse program as head coach Elaine Jones' top assistant in the fall of 2009. She will take part in all aspects of the program.
